Some people develop habit of sleeping rigjt after eating but tjis is not a good routine as sleeping time should be peaceful for mind witout putting much stress on brain and other body organs. But when you sleep after having foods especially those full of carbohydrates and sugar can keep brain awake and working even during sleep and that leads to not only poor quality sleep but also nightmares and along with that also to weight gain and other digestive problems including heartburns.
